Leonard Jaramillo – Age 44 a resident of El Rito and formally of Vallecitos passed away on Tuesday, January 30th. He was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Jaramillo. May his soul rest in peace. Leonard was a loving son, husband, father, and brother & he will be missed dearly. He is survived by his wife, Clara Jaramillo of El Rito; son, Leonard Jaramillo, Jr. of El Rito; daughters: Crystal Vigil and boyfriend Angelo Borrego of Santa Fe and Amanda Jaramillo of El Rito; mother, Fidelia Jaramillo of Vallecitos; brother, Antonio Jaramillo and wife Mercy of Española; sisters: Kathy Ngirbedul and husband Ephenio of Denver, Diana Jaramillo and companion Jerry of Velarde, Denise Jaramillo and companion Leonard of Chili and Antoinette and friend Racquel of Rio Rancho; one Goddaughter, Rianna Harris; brother-in-law, Danny Vigil and wife Dorothy of El Rito; sister-in-law, Dolores Vigil of Santa Fe; mother-in-law, Elsie Vigil of El Rito; and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary. A second rosary will be recited on Friday, February 2, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, February 1, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Nuestra Señora de Dolores Catholic Church in Vallecitos. Burial will follow at the Vallecitos Catholic Cemetery. The family of Leonard Jaramillo has placed their trust in the Rivera family of Block-Salazar Mortuary.
