Life Legacy
Graveside services for Jesse James Hamilton, Sr., 79, of Ore City, will be 10:00 A.m., Friday, May 11, 2012 at Ore City Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M., Thursday, May 10, 2012 at the funeral home.
Mr. Hamilton was born November 29, 1932 and passed away May 7, 2012. He retired from the U.S. Navy after serving 30 years. He went on to work for L.A. County, California where he retired after 10 years.
Preceding him in death are his wife Billie Marie Hamilton; and a sister Lorell Taix.
Survivors include two children, Jesse James Hamilton, Jr. and Sally Marie McGaughey; two sister Lois Sargent and Judy Motton; one brother David James; two grandchildren; one great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and family.
